Boost Cooler Controller
Boost Cooler controllers add precise, load-dependent metering to your water-methanol injection system. While the Stage 1 base kit operates via a boost pressure switch, the controller upgrades deliver variable injection volume — proportional to boost pressure, exhaust gas temperature, or fuel pressure. From the Stage 2 with boost-proportional control, through the Stage 3 with dual-parameter metering, to the Stage 4 with map-based control for high-boost setups: every controller is designed as a retrofit for existing Boost Cooler systems. Installation is plug-and-play — your existing pump and nozzles are retained.
