Snow Performance’s Boost Cooler water-methanol injection increases engine output by 10–25% while reducing charge air temperatures by up to 60 °C. The finely atomized water-methanol mixture evaporates in the intake tract, extracting heat from the charge air far more efficiently than a conventional intercooler — with zero pressure drop. Cooler, denser charge air allows more aggressive ignition timing and higher boost levels. Methanol simultaneously acts as an octane booster, delivering performance comparable to 116-octane race fuel. This reduces knock tendency and protects your engine against thermal overload. Our systems are available in three variants: For turbo and supercharged gasoline engines, for naturally aspirated gasoline engines, and for turbodiesels.
