Gebaut von 2011 bis 2012, gehört der 2.0 TDI 4motion im VW Sharan (7N1, 7N2) mit 100 kW (136 PS) zu den Turbodieseln, bei denen Softwareoptimierung schnell an die thermische Grenze führt. Nicht die Luftmenge limitiert, sondern was die Verbrennung an Wärme hinterlässt.
Empfohlene Konfiguration für den 2.0 TDI 4motion (100 kW): In dieser Kategorie sind mehrere Ausbaustufen freigegeben — welche passt, hängt vom Ausbauzustand ab. Stage 1 TD ist der Einstieg für den serienbelassenen Wagen. Stage 2.5 TD Power-Max regelt variabel und ladedruckgeführt — die übliche Wahl bei moderater Mehrleistung und Dauerlast. Stage 3 TD MPG-MAX ist die Vollausbaustufe für stärkere Software, Anhänger- und Langstreckenbetrieb.
Effekt in Zahlen: 100 bis 300 °C niedrigere Abgastemperatur, sichtbar sauberere Verbrennung und mehr thermische Reserve unter Dauerlast. Mit abgestimmter Software kommen 65 PS und mehr dazu.

Standard Boost Cooler kits ship with red pressure hoses and push-on fittings. The ProLine variant uses stainless steel braided lines and AN fittings - motorsport-grade pressure resistance, higher heat tolerance.
