Gebaut von 2009 bis 2015, gehört der 3.0 D im Jaguar XF (J05, CC9) mit 202 kW (275 PS) zu den Turbodieseln, bei denen Softwareoptimierung schnell an die thermische Grenze führt. Nicht die Luftmenge limitiert, sondern was die Verbrennung an Wärme hinterlässt.
Empfohlene Konfiguration für den 3.0 D (202 kW): Passend sind hier mehrere Ausbaustufen — entscheidend ist, wie weit der Motor bereits optimiert ist. Stage 1 TD ist der Einstieg für den serienbelassenen Wagen. Stage 2.5 TD Power-Max regelt variabel und ladedruckgeführt — die übliche Wahl bei moderater Mehrleistung und Dauerlast. Stage 3 TD MPG-MAX ist die Vollausbaustufe für stärkere Software, Anhänger- und Langstreckenbetrieb.
Effekt in Zahlen: Die Abgastemperatur fällt je nach Lastpunkt um 100 bis 300 °C, die Verbrennung läuft sauberer ab — weniger Ruß, geringere DPF-Beladung. In Verbindung mit passender Software sind 65 PS Mehrleistung und mehr realistisch.

Boost Cooler vs. Boost Cooler ProLine
Standard Boost Cooler kits ship with red pressure hoses and push-on fittings. The ProLine variant uses stainless steel braided lines and AN fittings - motorsport-grade pressure resistance, higher heat tolerance.
