Wasser-Alkohol-Einspritzung für den Audi TT Roadster (8N9) 1.8 T

Der aufgeladene 1.8 T (2005–2006) im Audi TT Roadster (8N9) leistet 140 kW (190 PS) und spritzt in den Saugkanal ein. Der serienmäßige Ladeluftkühler ist auf diesen Wert ausgelegt, nicht auf mehr: Bei Softwareoptimierung oder Dauerlast wird die Ladeluft heiß, und die Klopfreserve schrumpft.
Empfohlene Konfiguration für den 1.8 T (140 kW): In dieser Kategorie sind mehrere Ausbaustufen freigegeben — welche passt, hängt vom Ausbauzustand ab. Stage 1 ist der Einstieg für den serienbelassenen Wagen. Stage 2.5 Power-Max regelt variabel und ladedruckgeführt — die übliche Wahl bei moderater Mehrleistung und Dauerlast. Stage 3 EFI bietet die feinste Abstimmung, sobald Ladedruck oder Software angefasst wurden.
Effekt in Zahlen: −40 bis −60 °C niedrigere Ansaugtemperatur unter Volllast, dadurch mehr Klopfreserve und weniger Zündwinkelrücknahme. Die Leistung bleibt auch im Sommer und bei wiederholter Volllast stabil.
