Wassereinspritzung für den Porsche 924 2.0 Turbo

125 kW (170 PS), rund 62 kW pro Liter Hubraum, bedeuten beim 2.0 Turbo im Porsche 924 eine hohe spezifische Belastung. Im oberen Lastbereich steigt die Ladelufttemperatur, der Klopfregler nimmt Zündwinkel zurück — und ein Teil der Leistung kommt nicht mehr auf die Straße.
Empfohlene Konfiguration für den 2.0 Turbo (125 kW): Für diesen Motor sind mehrere Stufen hinterlegt; die Wahl richtet sich nach Softwarestand und Einsatzzweck. Stage 1 ist der Einstieg für den serienbelassenen Wagen. Stage 2.5 Power-Max regelt variabel und ladedruckgeführt — die übliche Wahl bei moderater Mehrleistung und Dauerlast. Stage 3 EFI bietet die feinste Abstimmung, sobald Ladedruck oder Software angefasst wurden.
Effekt in Zahlen: −40 bis −60 °C niedrigere Ansaugtemperatur unter Volllast, dadurch mehr Klopfreserve und weniger Zündwinkelrücknahme. Die Leistung bleibt auch im Sommer und bei wiederholter Volllast stabil.

Standard Boost Cooler kits ship with red pressure hoses and push-on fittings. The ProLine variant uses stainless steel braided lines and AN fittings - motorsport-grade pressure resistance, higher heat tolerance.
