Der E 63 AMG im Mercedes-Benz E-Klasse (W212) ist ein aufgeladener Direkteinspritzer. 430 kW (585 PS) bedeuten eine hohe spezifische Belastung — im oberen Lastbereich steigt die Ladelufttemperatur, der Klopfregler nimmt Zündwinkel zurück, und ein Teil der Leistung kommt nicht mehr an.
Empfohlene Konfiguration für den E 63 AMG (430 kW): In dieser Kategorie sind mehrere Ausbaustufen freigegeben — welche passt, hängt vom Ausbauzustand ab. Stage 1 ist der Einstieg für den serienbelassenen Wagen. Stage 2.5 Power-Max regelt variabel und ladedruckgeführt — die übliche Wahl bei moderater Mehrleistung und Dauerlast. Stage 3 DI ist auf Direkteinspritzer abgestimmt — schneller Druckaufbau und passendes Düsen-Setup.
Effekt in Zahlen: −40 bis −60 °C niedrigere Ansaugtemperatur unter Volllast, dadurch mehr Klopfreserve und weniger Zündwinkelrücknahme. Die Leistung bleibt auch im Sommer und bei wiederholter Volllast stabil.

Standard Boost Cooler kits ship with red pressure hoses and push-on fittings. The ProLine variant uses stainless steel braided lines and AN fittings - motorsport-grade pressure resistance, higher heat tolerance.
